LRPM is primarily a boutique Mortgage Manager, packaging and managing loans secured by real estate and funded by genuine individual private investors. Loans are for a maximum term of 12 months. We are also Financial Engineers. Capabilities and services include assistance with

  • First and second mortgages (usually no formal “external” valuation is required)

  • "Transition" to institutional criteria
  • Credit impairment, cash out, tax problems, working capital
  • Residual development stock
